Milan is a highly fashionable city in Italy and one among the richest cities in Europe. Along with the fast-paced and glamorous life of the city, one can have a peek into the historic and very artistic attractions like the Last Supper painting and the very renowned La Scalia Opera House. The city was heavily bombed in World War II but was rebuilt and is a leading business centre in Italy. The best time to visit Milan is in April and May when the weather is pleasant. It would be best to avoid July and August as it is too hot and humid during that time. One can visit in September or October as well but remember that it rains the most in Milan in October.
