The apartment is situated in the north end of olbia, 500 mt to the roundabout which leads both to the shopping centers and to the north/south freeway, fast access to all beaches. Bathroom and bedroom are equipped with all the robes you may need and if the season you choose for your stay is not the summer, heating is included. It is composed by two areas: kitchen-loungeroom and bedroom-bathroom. It accomodates five guests in two double and one single bed. The confortable kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning and washer/drier will make the stay even more pleasant. Families and kids are wellcome, they will find a spare baby bed in the storage room. We wish you a happy vacation.

The prices will vary accordingly with the period you choose for your stay: from October to the end of April € 400 per week, from May to the end of June € 500 per week, July € 600 per week, First and last week of August € 650 per Week, Second and third week of August €700 per week.
