Sea Ya! is a fabulous 3-bedroom , 3.5 bath gulf-front pet-friendly rental in beautiful Barrier Dunes on Cape, San Blas, Florida. This seaside palace features incredible unobstructed views of the beach and gulf from all three bedrooms as well as the main level! The first level features a living room with working fireplace, dining area with seating for 8, and a clean and incredibly stocked kitchen. There’s also a convenient half-bath on this level. The main level deck features comfortable patio furniture, a child/pet gate, and a gas grill with backup propane tank. There’s also a shower with hot and cold water on this deck to make washing off after the beach a snap. The second level is home to two bedrooms with their own private baths and balconies, both with excellent gulf views. Also on the second level are your full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The third and final level of Sea Ya! is a fabulous master suite. King-sized bed, tropical colors and rattan furniture make this a place you will want to retreat to at the end of the day at the beach! His and Her vanities, garden tub and full shower are also yours to enjoy. The private master balcony deck has fantastic views to watch the sunset or enjoy the ocean sounds and relax in your own private paradise. On the ground level, you’ll find covered parking and a shower with hot and cold water. Sea Ya! sleeps up to eight guests and we provide your linens, towels (everything but beach towels, free high-speed internet, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart, starter supplies of paper goods, tin foil, saran wrap, ziplocs, laundry supplies and dishwasher/washing supplies. We also include hospitality amenities like blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotion and more!
