The house “Olearium” is situated in the main street of the historical town centre of Montorio al Vomano. It leans out a big garden and Vomano river. It was in the past the oil mill of the main house and now recently restructured refinedly. A house of about 200 s.m. consists of an entrance, one single room, one double room, a living room of about 70 s.m. with a nice fireplace, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower. In the living room there is also a double divan-bed. The living room leans out on a nice terrace where it's possible to see the Gran Sasso mountain and the Vomano river that lap on a big garden. The other house of about 120 s.m. consists of an entrance, two single rooms with two beds in each room, one double room, a living room with a nice fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower). The bedrooms lean out on the Gran Sasso mountain and a big garden.

The house is situated at the foot of the Gran Sasso's mountain where it is possible to spend days characterized by calm and the rest. The town is in the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. Olearium is not far from the mountain (Prati di Tivo, Pietracamela, Campo Imperatore) and from the seaside (Giulianova, Roseto). The A14 and A25 motorway exit is 15 km far. The mountain resort of Prati di Tivo is far 19 km where it's possible to have a nice winter holiday week and then You can visit Abruzzo during all the year following some itineraries.

It's possible to rent the house for 3 days up to 30 days for 2 to 11 people.

In Olearium it is present a washer and a freezer.

Overlooking the region’s natural reservation area, “Il Pioppo” is a place where guests can experience the true nature and beauty of Abruzzo’s countryside.
From its hilltop position one can admire the blue Adriatic Sea, while breathing in the scent of the lush and colorful flowers that grow on the garden grounds. Look around you and allow your eyes to wander over the sculpted skyline created by the famous Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains: “Il Pioppo” offers nature at its best.
Recently refurbished, the house is 4 km far from Atri, ancient town of artistic interest, 11 km from the beaches of Silvi Marina and Pineto and 28 km far from Pescara, modern and lively city; its location is also ideal for lovely strolls through the countryside.

Cosy and comfortable both in and out of doors

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the main floor while the fourth is in a converted loft*, a large living room area, three bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a small studio and a solarium.
Two outer porches allow our guests to enjoy the meals or a relaxing time; the villa is also equipped with elegant external lighting for those guests who wish to remain on the garden grounds past nature’s natural light.
There is also a gated-in parking area where guests can safely leave their vehicles.
